Muchsy

Your free UGC portfolio

One link. Your work, your rates.

A UGC portfolio is one page that shows a business the photos and short videos you make, what you offer and what it costs. On Muchsy, that page is called Your page, and making it is free.

Add up to 12 photos and 3 short clips, write up to three packages at your own prices, and share one short link: muchsy.com/@yourname. A business can book a package straight from your page, and any fee is paid to you directly. Muchsy holds no money.

What goes in a UGC portfolio

A business opens your portfolio with one question: can this person make what I need? Everything on the page should help it answer fast.

Hands choose printed photos of plants and flowers spread on a wooden table.
  • Your best work, not all of it. A short, strong selection beats a long scroll. Samples you shot of things you own count.
  • Both formats, if you make both. Short videos and photos, ideally in the topics you want to work in.
  • What you make, in plain words. "Short videos for cafés", "unboxings", "product photos on a plain background".
  • Your rates. What each option includes, how long delivery takes and where the business may use the files. If you take gifted collabs, say what one looks like.
  • How to reach you, and when you're free. One clear way to book or contact you, and whether you're taking work this month.

If you only make UGC, follower numbers are optional: a business that wants files for its own channels is paying for the content, not your reach. More on UGC with no followers.

What your portfolio holds on Muchsy

Your UGC rate card, as packages

A package is your own offer at your own price, in your words. Each one has a name, a price in the currency you choose, a one-line summary, what's included and a delivery time from 1 to 90 days. You can also state the usage rights (the business's own posts and website, or paid ads too, and for how long) and whether raw files (the unedited footage) are included.

Not sure where to start? The packages screen shows three example packages. Change anything, add your price and save the ones you want. Nothing is saved until you do.

Example packageWhat's includedDelivery and rights
Starter1 UGC video of 15–30 s, with a hook and a call to action, and 2 revision rounds5 days · the business's own posts and website · 30 days
Bundle3 UGC videos of 15–45 s, 3 lifestyle photos, 2 revision rounds and raw files7 days · paid ads too · 60 days
Campaign5 UGC videos of up to 60 s, 3 hook variations, raw files and captions10 days · paid ads too · 6 months

None of them has a price: that part is yours.

A creator notes figures in a notebook while checking a phone.

Extras are add-ons a business can tick when booking, such as 48-hour delivery: up to 6, in the same currency as your packages. If you take gifted collabs, tick "I'm open to gifted collabs" and say what one looks like, for example a meal worth $60+ for 1 reel or 4 photos. Gifted collabs, explained.

What you charge is yours to decide. Paid-ad rights, a longer usage term, raw files and more clips are the usual reasons a package costs more (what affects the price of UGC, and usage rights if those words are new).

How a business books you

  1. 1. They pick a package.

Each package, and the gifted collab card, has a Book on Muchsy button. A business without an account signs up and sets up its profile first, then comes back to the booking.

  2. 2. The request starts from your package.

The price, what's included, the rights and the delivery time are filled in from it. The business checks them, adds its product and brief, and chooses how the collab happens: in person, shipped or remote.

  3. 3. You accept or decline.

You read the terms as sent. Once you accept, they're saved on the collab, and both of you can read them.

  4. 4. You make it and deliver.

Muchsy tracks up to 2 change requests. Anything more is agreed in Messages.

  5. 5. You're paid directly.

When there's a fee, the business pays you by bank transfer, invoice or however you agree. Muchsy takes no commission and holds no money.

When a completed collab carries the business's review, it appears on your page under Delivered on Muchsy. The business side, step by step: Book a creator on Muchsy.

UGC portfolio, media kit or rate card?

The three names get mixed up. Here is what each usually holds, and what Your page covers.

-Usually holdsOn Your page
PortfolioYour workYes: up to 12 photos and 3 clips
Rate cardYour prices and what each one includesYes: up to 3 packages, extras and a gifted collab card
Media kitYour audience: followers, engagement, who they are, often as a PDFPartly: follower counts and your followers' age range, if you add them. No engagement figures, no PDF

So Your page is a UGC portfolio and a rate card in one link. It is not a full media kit.

The numbers you add are yours: Muchsy doesn't check them. If a brand asks for engagement figures, send them from your own account's insights, along with your link.

Share it wherever you're asked for a link

  • A short link, muchsy.com/@yourname, for your bio, your email signature or a reply to a brand.
  • A story card: a 1080 × 1920 picture in your page's style, with a QR code to your page.
  • A QR code to scan from a table card, a flyer or your packaging. It opens your page.

All three are in Settings → Your page → Share, once your profile is published.

Who looks: counts, never names

Stats shows counts only, for this month and last month: page views, collab requests, how often your contact details were shown, story and QR scans, and where visitors came from, such as your short link, a QR code or Muchsy search. Muchsy never shows who viewed your page, and your own visits are never counted.

  3. 3. Say what you make.

About, Best for and What I create, in one language or both.

Start from an example package, or say you're open to gifted collabs.

  5. 5. Share your link.

    Copy muchsy.com/@yourname into your bio.

Your page for creators in the Help Centre shows every screen. When your page is live, see open UGC offers too.

Questions

›Is it free?

Yes. Making your page, sharing it and being booked through it is free.

›Do I need followers to have a UGC portfolio?

No. A business that wants files for its own channels judges the content, not your reach. If you only make UGC, you don't need to add a follower count.

›Is Your page a media kit?

Not a full one. It holds your work and your rates in one link, plus your follower counts and your followers' age range if you add them. It has no engagement figures and no PDF, and Muchsy doesn't check the numbers you type. (UGC portfolio, media kit or rate card?)

›Is there a UGC rate card template?

Yes. The packages screen shows three example packages: Starter, Bundle and Campaign. Change what's included, add your price (0 is fine), choose the currency and save the ones you want.

›How does a business book me, and how am I paid?

A business presses Book on Muchsy on a package, and the request starts from that package's terms. You read what was sent and accept or decline. If there's a fee, the business pays you directly, however you agree. Muchsy holds no money and takes no commission.

›Is my email shown on my page?

Only if you turn on Contact directly, and even then it's never written into the page: a visitor has to press Show email. Use a public email for this, not the one you log in with.

›Can I write my page in English and French?

Yes. Pick a main language and fill in the other one too if you like. Visitors who read the other language see your text in it when you've written it, otherwise your main one.

›Can I hide my page for a while?

Yes, in Settings → Visibility. While it's hidden, nobody else can open it. Hide your profile explains what changes.
