Hide your profile for a while

Need a break, or not ready for new requests? Hiding your profile takes you out of sight without deleting anything, and undoing it takes one tap.

How to hide it

Open Settings from your dashboard. Visibility is the last row under Your public profile, and its summary tells you where you stand. Open it and press Hide my profile. To come back, press Show my profile again on the same screen, or on the reminder your dashboard shows while you are hidden.

What hiding does

• Creators leave Creators, the city pages and the homepage, and can't apply to offers until they show their profile again.
• Businesses leave the public lists, and so do their offers and any discount. The offers are not closed — they come back exactly as they were. New invitations can't be sent while hidden.
• Search engines are asked to stop listing your page, and anyone who opens your link sees a short note instead of your profile.

What it leaves alone

• A collab you are already in carries on exactly as it is, with its messages, vouchers and deadlines.
• Your completed collabs, reviews and photos are all kept.
• Nobody is notified that you hid your profile.

A creator profile that has never been published has nothing to hide yet — it isn't listed anywhere. Finish it and publish it first.
