Forgot your password, or signed up with Google

Resetting your password
On the log-in page, press Forgot your password?, enter your email and press Send reset link. If an account exists for that address, an email arrives with a link to choose a new one. The screen says the same thing whether or not an account exists — deliberately, so nobody can use it to check who is registered.
- The link works once, for one hour. If it has expired, ask for a new one.
- Nothing after a few minutes? Check your spam folder before asking again.
- Saving a new password signs you out on every other device — if someone else had got in, they are out.
If you signed up with Google
An account created with Continue with Google may have no password at all, so the password form will say the email or password is wrong. Use the Google button instead. If you ask for a reset anyway, the email reminds you to use Google, with a link in case you would like to add a password as well.
Too many attempts
After many sign-in attempts in a short time, Muchsy asks you to wait before trying again. It protects your account from someone guessing the password. Wait a few minutes; nothing about your account has changed.
