Pause, close or edit an offer

Every offer you post is listed under My offers in your dashboard, with its status and the buttons that change it. They do different things, and only one of them is final.

Pause: a break, not an ending

Pause takes the offer off the public lists and stops new applications. Nothing is lost. Creators who already applied see "Offer paused — the business may reopen it" instead of silence, and every collab you have already accepted carries on as agreed. Press Activate when you want applications again.

Close: final

Close ends the offer for good. Muchsy asks you to confirm first, because a closed offer can't be reopened: everyone still waiting for an answer is declined and emailed, so nobody is left hanging. Collabs already accepted are not touched. To run the same idea again, post it as a new offer.

Edit: what changes, and what doesn't

Edit offer opens the form you wrote it with. On a live offer, Save changes applies your edits without taking it offline; on a paused one, it stays paused.

Editing never rewrites a deal that already exists. The moment you accept a creator, the terms — what is owed, the value or fee, the deadline, the title and the place — are copied onto that collab, and that copy is what you both see from then on. Your edits apply to the creators you accept next.

• You can't set fewer spots than are already taken. Raise the number, or close the offer instead.
• If applications closed because the date you set has passed, Give it longer on the offer's row takes you to the form to pick a later date.
• An offer with every spot taken shows as Matched on the public lists. It stays visible, which shows other businesses and creators that collabs really happen here.
